Manifesto

I was raised on war. I watched TV shows and movies that taught me war is funny and exciting and heroic. Hollywood trained me to be a good soldier.

We must also be careful to avoid ingesting toxins in the form of violent TV programs, video games, movies, magazines, and books. When we watch that kind of violence, we water our own negative seeds, or tendencies, and eventually we will think and act out of those seeds.
-Thich Nhat Hanh

As an adult I understand the world better than I did as a child. I have taken this oath:

Flyover Manifesto

Whereas international corporations dominate world media encouraging violence, revenge, and hatred of anyone different, it is our responsibility as artists and filmmakers to create enjoyable and engaging films celebrating life, love, compassion, and diversity because we understand our audience is intelligent and deserves our respect.
