Sunset on the Columbia

The Columbia River really is majestic. Riding on the BNSF tracks on the north side of the gorge offers spectacular views of the sheer cliffs and waterfalls.

Now as we leave Pasco and roll into the Washington State high desert I’m returning to my little room to finish the novel I’m reading and wait for the stars to appear.

Sleep well my loves. I’ll catch you for breakfast near Whitefish Montana.
